Hindustani Classical Vocal
Vocal training rooted in raga, taal and daily riyaz, taught the way it has been passed down for generations.
About the course
Hindustani classical music is learned slowly and with care. Students begin with voice placement and basic swar, then move into raga, taal and the structure of a bandish.
Classes combine individual attention with group practice, so you learn to sing alone and to listen to others.
Who it is for
Children from around eight years old, teenagers, working adults and retired learners all study here. No previous training is needed. A willing ear and regular practice matter more than a ready-made voice.
